Make the pizza dough
First, mix together 20ml of honey, 150ml of water, and yeast, then add a little salt, 20ml of cooking oil, and 2 teaspoons of oregano leaves and continue to mix well.
Next, add all of flour type 11 and flour type 8 along with the yeast mixture into a bowl and mix by hand.
After the dough mixture is even, put it into a dough mixer and knead for about 10 – 15 minutes until the dough forms a uniform mass and no longer sticks to your hands, then turn off the machine.
Once the dough has been kneaded, divide it into 3 equal parts and let it rise for about 45 minutes.
