How to make Almond Nut Ice Cream

Grinding almonds
Heat a pan, pour in 1/2 cup (1 cup = 240ml) of almonds and roast until the nuts are cooked and fragrant.
After roasting, put half of the almonds into a mortar with 60ml of fresh milk and grind until smooth. The remaining half of the almonds should be crushed.

Making the ice cream mixture
Pour 2 cups of fresh milk and 3/4 cup of cream into a pot, stirring well. Turn on low heat and bring to a boil for 10 minutes, stirring gently while cooking. Next, add 2 tablespoons of sugar or 2 tablespoons of condensed milk, stirring until completely dissolved, then add the almond milk mixture, stirring well.
Cook on low heat while stirring until the mixture thickens slowly, then turn off the heat and add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, stirring well.
Cover the pot slightly, wait for it to cool completely, then pour the milk mixture into a glass container, cover the container, and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, take the cream mixture out of the refrigerator, and blend it smoothly in a blender.
Next, pour the blended mixture back into the glass jar, add the crushed almond pieces, and mix well. Return the jar to the freezer and wait about 4 hours until the ice cream is frozen and ready to enjoy.

The almond ice cream is fragrant, smooth, cool, rich with blended almond pieces, and crunchy with almond bits. All the flavors melt in your mouth, instantly erasing the fatigue of a hot sunny day.
