  • Prepare the Ingredients

    After buying the clams, you can soak them in rice water to clean the dirt from inside along with a few slices of fresh chili. Soak for about 3 – 4 hours, then rinse the clams and let them drain.

    For the scallions, cut off the roots, then wash them clean with water, and chop them finely into a bowl. For the chili, remove the stem, wash it clean, and remember to remove the seeds (as the seeds are quite spicy) and cut the chili into small pieces before adding them to the bowl.

    Heat the pan and add cooking oil. Then, add the scallions, season with a bit of salt and sugar (you can also add seasoning powder), and stir-fry for about 1 – 2 minutes until the scallions are just cooked.

    Tip: Do not stir-fry the scallions for too long, as they may burn or become overcooked, making the grilled clams less delicious.

    After buying, wash the clams thoroughly on the outside, take a small basin, pour in water, and add a little salt to make it as salty as seawater.
