How to make Vanilla Cream

  • Cook the milk

    Place a pot on the stove, add 150ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 90ml of Whipping cream, 3 teaspoons of powdered milk, 1 teaspoon of custard powder, 25gr of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir the mixture over medium heat until the ingredients are combined and the mixture is warm.

    Next, dilute 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water.

    Then, add the cornstarch mixture to the pot of milk and stir continuously until the desired thickness is achieved, then turn off the heat.

    Note: Do not let the milk boil, as this will cause the milk to spoil and lose its nutritional value.

    First, heat 200ml of unsweetened fresh milk over medium heat until warm at 50 degrees Celsius.

    Then, pour the milk into a cup, add 1 small piece of cheese and stir well until dissolved.
