How to Cook Fried Pig Intestines with Fish Sauce

  • Prepare the Pig Intestines

    Add 20g of coarse salt and 50ml of vinegar to 500g of pig intestines, then use your hands to rub them so that any residue and bitterness are completely removed. After that, repeat this step one more time and rinse with 2 – 3 times of water to ensure that the pig intestines do not have any unpleasant smell during cooking.
