- Cake flour is essentially a type of wheat flour specifically used to make various kinds of cakes. Made from wheat grains that undergo a bleaching process, cake flour also has an impressive ability to absorb water and sugar.
- Cake flour has a very low protein content, ranging from 7 – 8.5% protein, so it contains very few gluten strands.

How to make Triangle Cheese Hotdog

Whip the cheese
First, take a bowl and add 120g (8 pieces pack) of Laughing Cow cheese and 3 tablespoons of whipping cream.
Then, use a hand mixer to whip until smooth at medium speed for about 30 seconds until the cheese cream mixture is smooth.

Mix and cook the cheese filling mixture
In the same bowl, add 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and mix gently for about 30 seconds until the mixture is dissolved.
Next, add 75ml of sweetened fresh milk and 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, continue mixing gently for 30 seconds, then increase to high speed for another 15 seconds.
After that, add 4g of powdered sugar and the remaining 75ml of sweetened fresh milk, mix at high speed until the mixture is thick and smooth, then turn off the mixer.
Next, place a pan on the stove and add the entire whipped cheese mixture, cook over low heat for 7 – 10 minutes, until the mixture thickens, then turn off the heat.
Tip: To avoid burning the cheese mixture, do not use too high heat while cooking, and remember to stir continuously. -
Mix the cake batter
Take another bowl and add 8 duck eggs, use an egg beater to beat on high for about 3 minutes until the egg mixture is fluffy.
Next, add 6.5 tablespoons of sugar and continue beating on high for about 1 minute. Then, add 125g of cake flour, beat with the mixer for 1 minute, then add the remaining 125g of cake flour and continue beating for another minute.
Finally, add 8g of remaining powdered sugar along with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter and beat until the mixture is thick and smooth!
Tip: To avoid the cake mixture from clumping, when adding the cake flour, you should sift it first! -
Baking the cake
After preparing the ingredients, take the triangle sandwich maker and preheat it for 2 minutes.
Next, use a brush to spread a thin layer of vegetable butter on the machine, then layer the cake batter, cheese filling, add a slice of cheddar cheese, and finally top it with more cake batter.
Close the sandwich maker and bake for about 5 – 7 minutes, until the cake is fragrant and golden brown, then take it out.
Continue baking like this until all the cake batter and cheese filling are used up!
Tip:- If you like the cake to be stretchy, you can use mozzarella cheese instead of cheddar cheese.
