  • Prepare the beef

    Wash the beef you bought with clean water and let it drain. Once the beef is drained, use a knife to cut it into square pieces that are about the size of two finger joints.

    After the beef and flour have been mixed well, add about 100ml of filtered water and 100ml of white wine to the pot. Next, add 2 tablespoons of ketchup and stir well to combine the ingredients.

    When the ingredients have dissolved, add 20gr of mint, 4 bay leaves, and 2 cloves of garlic to stew together on low heat for about 1 hour.

    After the first hour, add additional ingredients including sliced carrots, minced shallots, parsley, 50ml of filtered water, a bit of ground pepper, and a little salt, then stew for another hour.
