How to choose fresh chicken eggs
- Observe the egg shell. Fresh chicken eggs usually have a dark brown shell, evenly colored, without cracks or black spots.

How to Make Chicken Egg Milk

Blend eggs with sugar and milk
Carefully separate 4 egg yolks.
Add 75g of brown sugar to the blender. Next, add the 4 egg yolks you just separated and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Start the blender and blend until the egg yolks are thoroughly mixed.

Complete chicken egg milk
Next, add 240 ml of heated fresh milk into the blender. Blend well until the mixture is combined.
Then add 120 ml of fresh cream and 2 tablespoons of light alcohol (rum can be used) into the blender and blend well.
When the mixture is completely combined, stop blending. Pour the blended mixture into a glass.
You can decorate with a little almond to make the drink more aromatic and rich. Let’s enjoy it now.
Tip:
- If you don’t have fresh cream, you can use condensed milk as a substitute, but the result will not be as rich as when using fresh cream.
- Alcohol helps reduce the fishy smell of eggs, but if you are making it for small children, you can skip this step. When not using alcohol, you should use free-range chicken eggs because they are less fishy than industrial chicken eggs.
