  • Soak black sticky rice

    Soak 200gr of black sticky rice in water for 2 hours, then rinse it thoroughly.

    Rinse the sticky black rice several times with water to completely remove any dirt, then dry the rice under sunlight for about 20 minutes until it is dry.

    Put a pan on the stove, and when the pan is hot, add the dried sticky black rice and roast it on low heat for about 7 – 10 minutes until it becomes fragrant.

    Take another pot and place it on the stove with 3 liters of filtered water, add 50g of pandan leaves and a little salt, and boil until the water is boiling, then add the roasted sticky black rice, stir well and cook for about 15 – 20 minutes.
