How to make Black Sesame Milk

  • Roast and grind sesame

    Place a pan on the stove, add 250g of black sesame and stir evenly over medium-low heat for about 5 – 7 minutes until fragrant, then turn off the heat.

    Next, put the roasted black sesame into a blender and grind it until smooth.

  • Cook the sesame

    Place a pot on the stove, add 1.5 liters of boiling water, the ground sesame, and stir the mixture over medium heat until it simmers, then turn off the heat.

    After that, put the cooked black sesame mixture into the blender and blend it again until smooth.

    Pour the blended sesame mixture through a strainer to remove the residue, keeping only the sesame milk.
