Prepare the ingredients
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Peel the onion, slice it into thin pieces about 0.2mm thick. Then, put it into a bowl of water mixed with 1 tablespoon of vinegar to soak for 10 minutes to remove the sharp taste of the onion.
Wash the cucumber, remove the stem, and cut it into small bite-sized pieces, about 0.5mm thick.
Wash the bell pepper and slice it thinly, about 0.3mm thick.
Wash the olives, remove the pits, and let them drain.
Use a knife to cut the Feta cheese into small bite-sized cubes.
