Prepare the ingredients
Clean the squid you bought, remove the insides, and then wash it thoroughly. After that, use a knife to make diagonal cuts on the squid’s body to create a dragon scale pattern. To eliminate the fishy smell, blanch the squid briefly in boiling water for 1 – 2 minutes, then remove and let it drain. For the sausages, you can slice or cut them into bite-sized pieces as desired.
Peel the carrot, wash it thoroughly, then slice or carve it into flower shapes as you like. For water spinach, pick the tender young parts, then rinse them with water. Peel the pineapple, remove the eyes, and cut it into small bite-sized pieces.

Cook spicy squid noodles
Add 200ml of filtered water into the pot, turn on the stove, and bring to a boil over medium heat. When the water boils, add the pineapple, cook for another 5 minutes, then season with 1 tablespoon of Korean chili powder.
