Prepare the ingredients

Wash all vegetables: purple cabbage cut into thin pieces, cauliflower cut into bite-sized pieces, coriander chopped finely, enoki mushrooms cut off the roots and separated.
Fish balls, onion, chili, and German sausage thawed, washed, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Cook the broth

For each serving of noodles, add a bit of chili level, a piece of Ramen noodle, 3 pieces of sausage, 4 pieces of fish balls cut in half, and 2 small pieces of chopped broccoli into a clay pot, then add enough broth to cover the noodles, cover and cook on high heat until boiling.
