Heat the milk
Put a pot on the stove and add milk to boil on high heat for 3 minutes, then turn off the stove.

Mix milo and milk
Mix one pack of milo with 5 teaspoons of heated fresh milk. Use a whisk to blend the milo and milk mixture thoroughly.

Separate the eggs and take the egg whites
Put the chicken eggs into the egg separator and proceed to take out the egg whites for use.
If you don’t have an egg separator, you can do it as follows:- Crack the egg into two relatively equal halves.
- Carefully and gently pour the egg yolk and egg white from one shell half to the other, trying to keep the yolk while letting the white gradually flow into a bowl.
- Repeat the process until you have two separate portions of yolk and white.

Whip the egg whites
Add 4 teaspoons of sugar to the egg whites. Use an egg whisk to mix the egg whites and sugar until dissolved.
