  • Making tofu with tomato sauce

    Put a pan on the stove with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and heat on high. When the oil is hot, add the tomatoes and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until soft and turn into a thick mixture.

    Then lower the heat to low and add the fried tofu, stirring evenly.

    Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, and 2 teaspoons of vegetarian seasoning, stir well for about 3 minutes for the seasoning to absorb into the tofu.     After buying the tofu, wash it thoroughly and then boil it until cooked. After that, take the tofu out and slice it into bite-sized pieces, then arrange it on a plate.

    For the small chicken leg mushrooms, cut off the stems, soak them in diluted salt water for about 3 – 5 minutes, rinse with water and let them drain. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
