    Rub the buffalo meat thoroughly with coarse salt, then wash it clean, soak it in water mixed with a little white wine for about 10 minutes, then rinse again, and cut the meat into thin slices.

    Then add about 1 liter of water into the pot, bring it to a boil, then reduce to medium heat, cook for another 15 minutes before adding the papaya and string beans. When the water boils again, continue cooking for another 15 minutes until the papaya is soft; at this point, taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking, then turn off the heat.
