How to make Tofu from soy milk

  • Mix the soy milk mixture

    Add 220ml of low-sugar soy milk, crack in 1 chicken egg, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 15gr of cornstarch into a bowl and stir well until the mixture is completely dissolved.

  • Steam the tofu

    You need to prepare 1 stainless steel mold, line the mold with a piece of plastic wrap, then brush a thin layer of cooking oil in the mold to prevent sticking.

    Strain the soy milk mixture through a sieve and pour it into the mold, cover the mold with aluminum foil, then steam for about 30 minutes on low heat until cooked, then remove the tofu mold to cool.

  • Fried Tofu

    After cooling, cut the tofu into small square pieces.

    Then, heat a pan on the stove, add about 200ml of cooking oil, and fry the tofu until it is golden and crispy on all sides.
