How to choose fresh and delicious chicken wings
- To make grilled chicken wings, you can choose industrial chicken wings or free-range chicken wings. Industrial chicken wings will have more meat, while free-range chicken wings will be chewier and tastier when cooked.
- Choose chicken wings that have a natural light yellow color, press and feel the meat is firm and elastic.
- For pre-processed and packaged chicken wings, be sure to check the packaging for information about the origin and expiration date of the product.
- Do not buy wings with bruises, blood clots, uneven color, foul smell, or soft, mushy meat.
- The fresh wing meat should be clear; if it appears darkened, it may indicate that the chicken died before being processed.
