How to Cook Steamed Bok Choy with Minced Meat

  • Prepare the ingredients

    You can buy minced meat at the market or at supermarkets or TasteVN.

    Peel the cassava, wash it clean, and then chop it finely. Wash the green onions clean and then cut them into small pieces. You should also peel the garlic and chop it finely.

  • Marinating the meat

    You prepare a large bowl for 300g of minced meat, 100g of grated cassava, 100g of finely chopped scallions, 20g of garlic, and 20g of cornstarch, then mix well for the ingredients to blend together. After that, you shape the meat into small bite-sized balls.

  • Steaming the meat

    After shaping the meat into balls, place them on a plate and steam for about 5 – 10 minutes.

    You prepare a pan, put it on the stove with 1/2 cup of water, 100g of sugar, 30g of oyster sauce, and 20ml of fish sauce, then use a spoon to stir evenly and cook until the mixture boils and thickens.
