How to Cook Steamed Bok Choy with Minced Meat

  • Prepare the ingredients

    You can buy minced meat at the market or at supermarkets like TasteVN.

    Peel and wash the cassava, then chop it finely. Wash the green onions and cut them into small pieces. Also peel the garlic and mince it.

  • Marinate the meat

    Prepare a large bowl for 300gr of minced meat, 100gr of grated cassava, 100gr of finely chopped green onions, 20gr of garlic, and 20gr of cornstarch, then mix thoroughly to combine all the ingredients. After that, shape the meat into small bite-sized balls.

    After shaping the meat into balls, place them on a plate and steam for about 5 – 10 minutes.
