Prepare the ingredients
First, take 50g of dried seaweed and soak it in a bowl of water for about 15 – 20 minutes until the seaweed fully expands, then remove it and drain before cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
For enoki mushrooms, cut off part of the stems, rinse them with water, then soak them in a bowl of diluted salt water for about 5 minutes before rinsing them clean with water and draining.
Peel and slice the shallots thinly.
1 piece of white tofu should be rinsed quickly in water and cut into several parts as desired.
100g of lean pork should be washed clean after buying and then minced finely.

Sauté the meat
Place a pot on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
