Gelatin sheets 20 gr (2 sheets) Avocado 1 piece Sugar 35 gr Coconut milk 50 ml Unsweetened fresh milk 120 ml Condensed milk 30 gr Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Laughing Cow cheese 2 pieces Strawberry syrup 100 ml Agar powder 4 gr

  • For dishes that use heat, choose high-quality avocados such as Booth, B034, Hass,…
  • You should select avocados that have an even green color, shiny skin, and no brown spots or dark brown areas.

How to make Avocado Jelly Cheese Dessert

  • Blend the avocado

    Peel and remove the seed from 1 avocado. Then cut the avocado flesh into small pieces.

    Put the avocado flesh into a blender along with 20gr of sugar, 50ml of coconut milk, 120ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 30gr of condensed milk, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Then press the button to blend this mixture until smooth.

  • Cook the avocado jelly

    Soak 2 sheets of gelatin in water for 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes, put the 2 sheets of gelatin into a pot, then turn on a low heat and stir with chopsticks until the gelatin melts.

    When the gelatin is fully melted, add the blended avocado mixture into the pot, stir until the mixture lightly boils, then remove and pour into molds and refrigerate for 4 hours.

  • Cook the cheese jelly

    Cut the Laughing Cow cheese into small pieces about 0.8cm by 0.8cm.

    Then add 500ml of water and 100ml of strawberry syrup into a pot and bring to a boil.

    When the syrup water boils, mix 4g of agar powder with 15g of sugar, then pour it into the syrup pot and stir well before turning off the heat.

    Then pour this mixture into molds and sprinkle the small cheese pieces on top, then refrigerate for 3 hours.

  • Final product
