Prepare ingredients
First, crack the coconut in half, scoop the coconut water into a separate bowl, then use a spoon to scrape the coconut meat into another bowl.
Cut off the stems of the strawberries, wash them thoroughly, and place them in a basket to drain.

Blend coconut, strawberries, and milk
Put the coconut meat, 300g of strawberries, 220ml of low-fat fresh milk, 100ml of yogurt, the coconut water, 70g of sugar, 3 tablespoons of condensed milk, and the juice of half a lemon into a blender.
Then, press the button and blend this mixture until smooth for about 3 – 5 minutes.
