How to choose fresh young mango
- To choose fresh young mango, you should pick those that are medium-sized, about 1.5 – 2 finger lengths.
- If you like crunchy mango with a sour taste, prioritize those with dark green, smooth skin, and when pressed lightly, they should feel slightly firm.
- On the contrary, if you prefer less sour mango with a sweet taste, choose those with light yellowish-green skin!
- Avoid choosing those with rough skin, as these are usually more fibrous and not tasty.
