How to Make Bubble Tea Hot Pot
-
Mix the glutinous rice flour
Put 100gr of glutinous rice flour into a bowl, gradually pour in 80ml of warm water and mix well. Then, use your hands to knead the mixture into a smooth, non-sticky dough.
-
Shape and boil the mochi
Take a moderate amount of dough, roll it into a ball, and shape it into bite-sized pieces.
Put a pot on the stove, add enough water to fill about 1/3 of the pot’s height, and bring it to a boil.
When the water is boiling, add the mochi balls and continue to cook until they float, then remove them.
To make the mochi more chewy and delicious, after removing them, place all the balls in a bowl of cold water.
-
Boil the chewy sweet potato
Put a quantity of water into the pot, nearly 1/3 the height of the pot, then place it on the stove and bring to a boil.
When the water is boiling, add the chewy sweet potato and continue boiling until the sweet potato rises to the surface, then turn off the stove and remove it.
-
Make the milk tea
Place a pot on the stove over low heat, add 200ml of soy milk and 200ml of fresh milk, then soak a bag of black tea in the pot to extract the milk tea color.
-
Completion
