How to make Salted Cream Milk Tea

Making salted cream
First, you put 60ml of fresh cream into a large cup or bowl along with 40ml of vegetable fat cream and 2gr of salt.
Next, use a hand mixer to beat the mixture at medium speed for about 3 – 5 minutes until the mixture reaches a moderate thickness but still flows in a stream.

Brewing tea, extracting the essence
You add 5gr of black tea into a cup with 60ml of hot water, then cover it and steep the tea for 20 minutes.
After that, you strain the tea through a sieve, keeping the tea liquid and discarding the tea leaves.

Making milk tea
You pour the brewed black tea concentrate from step 2 into a cup.
Then add 80ml of fresh milk along with 20ml of syrup and stir well to create a uniform liquid mixture.

Finishing
With the milk tea just made in step 3, you add some ice cubes to drink it cold.
Finally, add the salted cream made in step 1 on top of the milk tea and you are done!
