Prepare the clams
Wash the clams you bought with water 2 times to clean them. Next, soak the clams in water with a little white salt and 5 chopped chili peppers for 2 hours to let the clams release dirt and sand.
Then, put the clams into a pot and boil until the clams just open, then turn off the stove.
Take the clams out into a basket to cool down, then separate the shells to take the clam meat.
Put the clam meat into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of white wine, and mix evenly for about 2 minutes to eliminate the fishy smell, then rinse with clean water.
