- Shrimp that have been stored for a long time are cloudy, feel soft and mushy when pressed, have a curved shape, and the head and legs are not tightly attached to the body or turn black, with an unpleasant odor.
How to choose delicious asparagus
- Fresh asparagus has a sturdy, shiny stalk, straight stems, and no odor. In addition, the color of the asparagus will gradually darken from the base to the tip, and the base should be dry.

Prepare shrimp and asparagus
Shrimp should be washed, then remove the head, peel off the shell, and use a knife to make a cut down the middle to remove the black vein, cut off the remaining tail, wash again, and let drain.
Cut off the tough part at the base of the asparagus, wash the tender part with salt water.
Cilantro should have the roots removed, washed with water, drained, and chopped finely.

Wash rice and cook porridge
Add 1 tablespoon of rice into a small bowl and rinse with water 2 – 3 times to clean. Then add 250ml of water and the rinsed rice into a pot, place it on the stove and cook on high heat until the rice expands.

Cook and blend shrimp with asparagus
Add shrimp and asparagus into a pan, add a little water and place it on the stove to cook on medium heat until the shrimp and asparagus are cooked.
Next, take all the cooked shrimp and asparagus and put them into a hand blender, add 2 tablespoons of water and blend until smooth for about 3 minutes, then transfer to a bowl.
