How to prepare Mango Matcha Milk Tea with Black Tapioca Pearls

Brew tea with milk powder
Put 40g of tea leaves into a cup, pour about 150ml of hot water into the tea cup, and steep the tea for about 5 – 7 minutes.
Next, scoop the tea into another cup, removing the tea leaves. Add 30g of milk powder to the tea and stir until dissolved.
Note: If you don’t have fresh tea leaves, you can use 6 tea bags steeped for about 10 minutes, then pour into a cup. -
Blend the mango
Dice the mango. Then put the mango into a blender and blend until smooth.
Next, place the mango into a cup, using a teaspoon to swirl the mango in the cup to create an attractive shape.

Mix matcha powder and finish
Dissolve 2g matcha powder (1 teaspoon) with about 50ml of hot water.
To complete the mango matcha milk tea, add pearls into the mango glass first.
