How to Make Traditional Hazelnut Milk

  • Soak the Hazelnuts

    Soak 80g of hazelnuts in 160ml of water and leave overnight for the hazelnuts to soften.

    After soaking overnight, discard the soaking water and let it drain.

    Add the drained hazelnuts and 200ml of filtered water into the nut milk maker and blend the mixture for 90 seconds.

How to Make Chocolate Hazelnut Milk

  • Soak the Hazelnuts

    Start by roasting 260g of hazelnuts in the oven at 350 degrees Celsius for about 5 – 10 minutes, then let them cool.

    Next, soak the hazelnuts in 500ml of water and leave them overnight in the refrigerator to soften.

    After soaking overnight, drain the soaking water and let it dry.

  • Blend hazelnuts

    Add the hazelnuts to the nut milk maker with 700ml of filtered water and then blend the mixture until smooth.

  • Strain the residue

    Pour the blended mixture into a strainer and squeeze until you extract all the hazelnut milk.
