How to make Sweetened Condensed Milk Jelly

  • Mix the jelly mixture

    Add 10g of jelly powder, 200g of sugar, and 500ml of filtered water into a bowl and use a spoon to stir well until the mixture dissolves, then soak the mixture for 10 minutes (do not use hot water as the jelly powder can clump).

    Add the entire jelly mixture into a pot along with 190g of sweetened condensed milk and stir well to combine the jelly and milk mixtures together.

  • Cook condensed milk jelly

    Place a pot on the stove to bring the mixture to a boil. While cooking, keep the heat medium and stir continuously to prevent the mixture from clumping.

    Cook the mixture for about 10 minutes until it boils, then reduce the heat and skim off any foam on the surface to keep the jelly clear and free from holes. Once the mixture is completely melted, turn off the heat.

  • Pour the jelly into the mold

    Pour the jelly while it’s still hot into the prepared mold, wait for the jelly to cool, then place it in the refrigerator for about 1 – 2 hours.
