Prepping the Squid

Prepare other ingredients
Shallots are peeled, washed, and minced finely. The tomatoes are also washed, take 3 fruits, cut off the stem, then mince finely, while the remaining 2 fruits are cut into wedges.
Similarly, the pineapple is peeled, cut half of the pineapple, washed, and minced very finely, while the remaining part is sliced. The chili is cut off the stem, washed, and then smashed with a knife.
As for the green onions, remove the wilted leaves and roots, wash them, and then cut the green onion heads separately, and the green leaves separately. Combine the green leaves and cilantro and chop them finely.
