How to prepare Pork and Malabar Spinach Porridge

  • Prepare and boil the meat

    Wash the meat thoroughly, then use coarse salt to rub off any dirt and slime on the meat. Rinse the meat with clean water and allow it to drain.

    Next, place the meat in a pot and add enough water to just cover the meat, then boil the meat over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the meat is just cooked then turn off the heat and remove the meat to cool.

    After that, cut the boiled meat into small pieces and proceed to chop it finely.

  • Prepare and boil the pork and carrots
