Stir-fry coconut
Place a pan on the stove with 2 tablespoons of sugar, stir evenly over medium heat until the sugar melts.
Add 2/3 of the grated coconut and 1 tablespoon of coconut water to the pan, stir-fry until the coconut strands become translucent, then turn off the heat.

Soak the green sticky rice
Add 2 tablespoons of coconut water to the flattened green sticky rice, mix well, and soak for about 5 – 10 minutes to soften the rice.

Stir-fry the green sticky rice
The soaked green sticky rice is added to a pan with 2 tablespoons of sugar, stir well over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Then add the remaining coconut water, boil until it simmers, then lower the heat to low.
Continuously stir-fry until the sticky rice is chewy and well combined, then add the stir-fried coconut, mix well and turn off the heat.
