How to prepare Beef Tendon Salad

Put 500ml of water, the cleaned beef tendon, 2 shallots, 2 pieces of ginger, and 1 teaspoon of salt into a pressure cooker. Close the lid and simmer for about 20 minutes until the beef tendon is cooked.

- Dilute a little vinegar with 1 liter of water, then soak the beef tendon for about 5 minutes, and rinse again with water.
- Use a little white wine to rub the beef tendon for about 5 minutes, then rinse again with water.
