- To buy the freshest beef, you should go to the market in the morning because the beef has just been slaughtered and sold, so it is still very fresh.

How to prepare Mug Noodles
-
Prepare the ingredients
The beef you bought should be washed clean with water, drained, and then cut into small pieces. The shallots should be peeled and chopped finely.
Effective ways to eliminate the beef smell
- Method 1: After washing the beef with water, you can wash it again with alcohol or soak it in alcohol for about 15 minutes to remove the smell.
- Method 2: While marinating the meat, to reduce the smell of beef, instead of using garlic in the usual way, you can roast a bulb of shallot, peel it, and then pound the shallot before marinating it with the beef.
- Method 3: For stews with large pieces, you put the meat in cold water and heat it up (without boiling), then take it out and cut it according to your preference.
After cutting the beef into small pieces, put everything into a meat grinder along with a peeled shallot and proceed to grind it finely.
Put the seaweed into a bowl and pour a little warm water in. Then, soak for 2 – 3 minutes for the seaweed to expand, then take it out and chop it finely.
-
Cooking the broth
Place a pot on the stove, add 500ml of water into the pot, and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Once the water is boiling, add the minced meat and stir well to break it up and sear it.
Then, skim off all the foam in the pot and add the seaweed, cooking for another 3 – 5 minutes before turning off the heat.
-
Completion
Place the noodles into a bowl, pour in the included seasoning packet. Then, pour the freshly cooked broth into the bowl until the noodles are just submerged.
Wait about 2 – 3 minutes for the noodles to swell, and then you can blow on them and feed them to the baby!
