How to choose fresh and delicious beef

  • Choose pieces of meat that are bright red, with fine, smooth fibers, have a beefy smell, do not stick when pressed, and have good elasticity.
  • To buy the freshest beef, you should go to the market in the morning because the beef has just been slaughtered and sold, so it is still very fresh.
  • Avoid selecting pieces of beef that are pale or dark in color, show signs of sliminess, and have an unusual smell.

How to prepare Mug Noodles

  • Prepare the ingredients

The beef you bought should be washed clean with water, drained, and then cut into small pieces. The shallots should be peeled and chopped finely.

Effective ways to eliminate the beef smell

    • Method 1: After washing the beef with water, you can wash it again with alcohol or soak it in alcohol for about 15 minutes to remove the smell.
    • Method 2: While marinating the meat, to reduce the smell of beef, instead of using garlic in the usual way, you can roast a bulb of shallot, peel it, and then pound the shallot before marinating it with the beef.
    • Method 3: For stews with large pieces, you put the meat in cold water and heat it up (without boiling), then take it out and cut it according to your preference.

After cutting the beef into small pieces, put everything into a meat grinder along with a peeled shallot and proceed to grind it finely.

Put the seaweed into a bowl and pour a little warm water in. Then, soak for 2 – 3 minutes for the seaweed to expand, then take it out and chop it finely.
