How to make Shoyu Ramen

Prepare the ingredients
After purchasing, cut off the roots, damaged leaves, and base of the green onions, then wash them clean, and use a knife to chop them finely.
For ginger, peel it clean, wash it, and then grate it finely.

Making Eggs
First, you place a pot on the induction stove. Then, add water to the pot and cook until the water boils, then add the eggs.
After adding the eggs, cook for about 6 – 7 minutes, then turn off the heat. Use a ladle to scoop the eggs into a bowl of water with a few ice cubes to make peeling the eggs easier later.
Next, place another pot on the stove. Gradually add 1 tablespoon of Shoyu soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Sake, and 1 teaspoon of sugar into the pot and stir the mixture well.
Heat the mixture over low heat until small bubbles form, then add the peeled eggs. After that, use a spoon to roll the eggs back and forth to let them soak in the mixture evenly.
After 4 – 5 minutes of rolling the eggs, they will have absorbed the seasoning and have a beautiful color. Remove the eggs and cut them in half.

You prepare a pot of boiling water, then drop the noodles into a ladle. Dip the ladle with the noodles into the pot of water, then use chopsticks to separate the noodle strands.
