How to make sweet bread using an air fryer

Mix the dough
First, add 130ml of unsweetened fresh milk, a little salt, and 15gr of sugar into a bowl and mix well.
Next, put 190gr of all-purpose flour and 3gr of instant yeast into a large bowl and mix well. Then, add the milk mixture, 25gr of melted unsalted butter, and 30gr of condensed milk, and continue to mix until the ingredients stick together, forming a slightly moist dough mixture.

Folding the dough
