How to Make Korean Sticky Rice Cake with Strawberry Yogurt Cream Filling in the Microwave

Make the yogurt cream filling
First, add 70g of whipped cream into the bowl, then add 80g of sweetened yogurt, and mix well until combined, then transfer to a piping bag.
Add 3 tablespoons of strawberry jam into a separate piping bag, then place the yogurt cream and strawberry jam in the refrigerator for about 7 – 10 minutes.

Mix the cake batter
While the cream filling is cooling, pour 240ml of Korean strawberry milk, 40gr of sugar, and 2gr of salt into a glass cup and stir well. Place it in the microwave to heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 700w.
In a bowl, add 200gr of glutinous rice flour, pour in the heated strawberry milk, and use a whisk to mix for about 2 minutes until the flour is well combined and thickened.
