Prepare the yogurt
You mix 500 ml of warm water at about 70 degrees C with 1 can of condensed milk (boil the water and then let it sit for about 10 minutes).
Stir gently in one direction so that the condensed milk dissolves completely in the warm water.
Then you add the yogurt starter into the bowl and stir gently in one direction for a while longer; the longer you stir, the better the yogurt will ferment.

Pour the yogurt into the bag and tie the bag’s mouth
After stirring, use a spouted cup to pour the yogurt into the bag, fill it just over half to make it easier to tie the mouth.
Next, secure one end of a soft nylon string, and loop one end around the mouth of the bag as shown.
With your left hand holding the mouth of the yogurt bag, use your right hand to loop the string over the mouth. Then pull the string tightly over the mouth of the bag, and the yogurt bag will self-tie as shown.

Make the milk mixture
First, put 1 can of condensed milk into a pot and use the same can of condensed milk to measure.
Pour in 2 cans of boiling water (about 700ml) into the condensed milk pot and stir well until the milk and water mixture is fully dissolved.
Then add 1 liter of fresh milk, and stir for another 5 minutes.
Let the mixture cool down to a warm temperature (about 50 degrees Celsius) before adding 2 packs of yogurt starter and mix well.
Pour the milk mixture into a food container and seal it tightly.

Mix warm water at about 50 degrees C (the ratio for achieving 50 degrees C is 1:1 hot water and cold water), then pour the water into a styrofoam box to ferment the yogurt.
