How to make Seaweed Jelly

Prepare the ingredients
Soak 1 pack of seaweed in a bowl of clean water, then squeeze the juice from 1 slice of lemon into it. Soak for about 10 minutes for the seaweed to soften, then remove and drain.
After peeling the ginger with a knife, wash it clean and slice it thinly.

Making jelly with seaweed
Place a pot on the stove, add 400ml of water along with a small piece of palm sugar, and bring to a boil over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the palm sugar dissolves.
Then, add a few slices of ginger and the softened seaweed into the pot, simmer for another 5 minutes, and then turn off the heat. Finally, pour the jelly into molds, add raisins into each mold, wait for the jelly to set, then cut into small pieces and store in a food container for preservation.
