How to Choose Good and Crispy Pork Floss

  • You should choose pork floss that has a light yellow color; those with an unusually dark yellow color are products that may be dyed or fake pork floss, not made from meat.
  • The strands of pork floss should not stick together, and when touched, they should not be too chewy; if you taste it, authentic pork floss will melt in your mouth.
  • Pork floss is now widely available on the market; you can easily find it at markets or convenience stores for about 70,000 VND/200gr of pork floss (price updated on 26/02/2021), depending on the type.
  • Additionally, you can completely make pork floss at home to ensure safety.

  • Beat the eggs

    First, crack 2 chicken eggs into a bowl, add 10g of chopped carrots, 10g of chopped spring onions, and 1 teaspoon of black sesame, then mix the ingredients well.
