How to make Grilled Banana with Scallion Oil

Make Scallion Oil
Wash the scallions, chop them finely, and put everything into a bowl. Next, add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of sugar to the bowl and mix well.
Place a pan on the stove, add 50ml of cooking oil to the pan. Wait for the oil to heat up, then turn off the heat and slowly pour the oil into the bowl containing the scallions.

Grill and Flatten the Bananas
Peel the green bananas, use a sharp knife to make a few lengthwise cuts along the banana, then skewer it with a bamboo stick through the center of the banana.
Then, grill all of these green bananas on an induction stove or charcoal grill until small blackened spots appear on the bananas. Note, during the grilling process, frequently turn the bananas to ensure they cook evenly.
