Brewing the Tea
Prepare the butterfly pea tea. Add 15 g of dried butterfly pea flowers into a regular teapot, then pour in 300 ml of boiling water and wait for 15 minutes to steep the tea.
You can also use 20 g of tea in a Delites tea filter and add 900 ml of hot water to steep the tea.

Whipping cream
Add 80 ml of whipping cream, 20 ml of unsweetened fresh milk, and 20 ml of topping cream into a cup. Add a pinch of salt and whip until the mixture doubles in volume.
If you don’t have a frothing tool, you can also put it in a jar, close the lid, and shake until the mixture froths.
Place the cream mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds at medium power.
After brewing the tea, pour it into a glass, add 1 teaspoon of sugar (you can adjust to taste), add ice, and then add a layer of macchiato cream on top to enjoy.
