  • Boil Rose Tea

    Place a pot on the stove, add 700ml of boiling water, 20 dried rose flowers, 10 dried red artichoke flowers, and 25g of rock sugar. Stir well and cook the mixture over medium heat for 8 – 10 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved, then turn off the heat.

    Next, use a slotted spoon to remove the rose flowers and red artichoke flowers from the pot.
