How to Cook Snail Noodles

Sauté the snails and clams
Marinate the snails and clams in a large bowl with 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, and 2 tablespoons of satay, and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Sauté 1 minced garlic bulb with a little cooking oil. When the garlic turns golden, add 2 tablespoons of satay. Next, add the marinated snails and clams and stir-fry.
When the snails and clams are firm, add the water from 1 coconut and 1 liter of filtered water.

Cooking the broth for snail noodle
Add 2 smashed lemongrass stalks into the pot and bring to a boil.
Season with 2 tablespoons of Thai hot pot seasoning, 2 tomatoes cut into wedges, and the juice of 1/2 lemon.
Blanch the instant noodles in a bowl, then ladle the broth into the bowl, adding water spinach and aromatic herbs as a side.
