How to choose delicious, creamy avocados without bitterness
- Delicious, creamy avocados are those with a green skin and speckles of yellow.
- When buying avocados, choose those with a slightly yellow stem, as these are avocados that are just ripe and very tasty.
- Prioritize long avocados with green skin instead of round avocados, as round avocados tend to be more likely to be mushy and fibrous.
