Prepare the fruit
Wash the fresh fruits thoroughly and drain. Then, chop the fruits into small pieces.
Once chopped, each type of fruit should be placed in separate bowls.

Blend the fruits
Use a blender to puree the chopped fruits. It is advisable to blend only one type of fruit at a time to prevent mixing their flavors, and blend until very smooth to extract as much juice as possible from the fruits.
You can also combine a few other ingredients such as yogurt, honey,… suitable for each type of fruit to create ice cubes that match your personal preferences.

Pour the mixture into molds
Scoop the pureed mixture and place it into the ice tray. If you want to create multiple layers of colored ice cubes: For each ice tray, only add one type of fruit layer to about 1/3 of the height of the tray.
Place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes, then take it out to add another layer of fruit. Continue to freeze for another 1 – 2 hours until the ice tray is completely frozen.
