  • Prepare the beef and boil it

    After buying, wash the beef clean and let it drain.

    Then boil the beef over high heat for about 5 minutes until cooked, then remove it and let it cool. Slice the beef thinly and then chop it finely.

    • Since beef does not have a strong smell, you can rinse it with clean water about 1-2 times until the blood is washed away.
    • Roast a piece of ginger until cooked, scrape off the burnt outer skin, then pound the ginger and rub it on the beef, leaving it for about 3 minutes before rinsing with water.
    • Avoid washing too thoroughly or using lemon or vinegar, as they will strip the nutrients from the meat, making it less tasty.
